The Dutch Arbitration Association will hold its annual conference on Thursday 12 June 2025 at H'ART Museum in Amsterdam. The title of this year’s conference is :
Mind over Matter(s): the Tribunal’s Take
Join us at this year’s Dutch Arbitration Day for an exploration into the human brain. Discover how our minds process information, make decisions, and respond to persuasion — key elements in the art of arbitration. By immersing ourselves in the science of brain function and its practical implications for arbitration practitioners, we can unlock new insights into the cognitive dynamics that shape arbitration proceedings. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to enhance your understanding and elevate your practice!
