The Dutch Arbitration Association will hold its annual conference on Thursday 18 June 2026 at H'ART Museum in Amsterdam. The title of this year’s conference is:

The Future of European Arbitration

Morning Run (organised together with Arbitration Runners).

Arbitration Runners is a growing global initiative and is a group for anyone involved in arbitration who likes to get a run in. All running levels are very welcome - the aim is to run at a conversational pace. We have recently launched a chapter in the Netherlands and will host a run as part of Dutch Arbitration Day. We will start at 08:00 on 19 June from Cafe Americain and run 5km through the beautiful Vondelpark, followed by a post-run coffee/breakfast at Cafe Americain. The restaurant is able to provide a limited bag-drop service. Kindly register if you intend to join us - we hope you do! The registration fees* are:
EUR 445 for non DAA-members
EUR 390 for DAA-members
EUR 220 euro for in-house counsel
EUR 105 for students**
EUR 0 Pre-DAD Young Practitioners Event only***

The prices include the Conference Dinner, as well as the Pre-DAD Young Practitioners Event for participants under and around the age of 40 (on Wednesday 17 June 2026)*** and the Morning Run (on Friday 19 June 2026). Membership may be applied for via the DAA-website.

*) The registration fee is exclusive of VAT.
**) Note for students: Students must show their student card on the day of the conference.
***) This event is also open to participants who will not be attending the DAD itself. Please fill in the register form and choose member status 'Pre-DAD Young Practitioners Event only'.

Cancellation policy

Your registration will be treated as a commitment to attend the conference. If you do need to cancel, the DAA must be notified in writing. If a written cancellation is received before 5 June 2026, the registration fee will be refunded. Without a written cancellation, no refund is possible. It is possible to have someone else attend the conference if you need to cancel. Please inform the DAA in that case in writing.
