Following the success of the induction course in previous years, the DAA offers its two-day induction course on 24 and 25 November 2022 for associates (advocaatmedewerkers) with some background and/or experience in arbitration. This invitation also extends to inhouse legal counsel and members of the judiciary. The speakers shall provide an in-depth look into recent developments and practice under commonly used rules in arbitration.

A certificate of attendance will be provided so that the course is eligible for permanent education ('PO') points.
