Cancellation policy

Your registration will be treated as a commitment to attend the event. If you do need to cancel, the DAA must be notified in writing. If a written cancellation is received before 24 november 2026, the registration fee will be refunded. Without a written cancellation, no refund is possible. It is possible to have someone else attend the conference if you need to cancel. Please inform the DAA in that case in writing.
