Following the success of the induction course in 2019 (the 2019 class), the DAA offers a virtual two-day induction course on 12 and 13 April 2021 for associates (advocaat-medewerkers) with some background and/or experience in arbitration. This invitation also extends to inhouse legal counsel and members of the judiciary. The speakers shall provide an in-depth look into recent developments and practice under commonly used rules in arbitration. The two days will be followed by a social program to allow for networking, as soon as circumstances permit.

Location

This is a virtual two-day induction course. All participants will be informed about the method of participation.

You may email events@dutcharbitrationassociation.nl for more information and to apply. Places are limited and applications should be received by 26 March 2021. We shall inform applications on their selection by 31 March 2021.

Participants are requested to pay EUR 100 to cover costs and expenses, also for a social event that will be organized in due course. Permanent education (“PO”) points shall, in all likelihood, be granted.
